Sculpture!
Art expression in which Rea Boschi Gogolja expresses herself is quite simple. She builds her own imaginative world using wood and wire. Her world is sometimes geometrically concise and sometimes without constrains. Copper or aluminum wire defines the world that she is trying to uncover for us. Sometimes the wire has its origin in the geometrical structure of wood, but it is often that wire is just a segment of a continuous line that is yet to be imagined, or maybe a line that is beyond our horizon. Contrasting the line properties of wire are unevenly trimmed wooden shapes. Rea Boschi Gogolja builds installations full of uncertainty making it difficult to predict what awaits us under different circumstances, on a different base, or in different surrounding.

Sculpture to Wear!
Prof. Rea Boschi Gogolja's unique sculpted jewelry is an extension of her artistic expression. Prof. Rea Boschi Gogolja utilises similar materials in sculpting her jewelry as she does in her sculptures. While her sculpture is dominated by aluminium and wood, Prof. Rea Boschi Gogolja sculpts her jewelry out of sterling silver, gold, bronze, alpaca and copper wire, semi-precious gemstones, corals and crystal glass. In addition to standard jewelry items, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings, various accessories like bags, cufflinks, hairpieces and decorative headwear, are available.
